There are two ways to onboard staff into the school management system
1. Sharing Access Link to staff:
To share the Access Link to your institution staff, Login to the admin area, then click "+ Add" button at the header menu. From the dropdown menu click on "Share Access Link", This will prompt you to share the link to any of your staff on WhatsApp contact.
To onboard your staff, He/she will have to fill the Admin Access Form, then click on the submit button.
After a staff has completed and submitted the Admin Access form. The administrator will then login to the Dashboard > Staff and then click on the approved button to successfully grant the staff access to the school Dashboard.
2. Onboarding staff from backend
To onboard staff from the Dashboard, Login to the admin area, then click "+ Add" button at the header menu. From the dropdown menu click on "New Staff", This will prompt you to share the link to any of your staff on WhatsApp contact.
Fill the details properly and submit the form. An email will be sent to the staff email. Registered Staff can successfully login to the school's Dashboard.
